The Transfer Station is very
robust unit which can be attached to the FX
Series machines. The primary use for this unit is to produce extension
springs, both German hook and English loop can be produced with the same
unit.
The Transfer
Station is fully controlled by the host machine, connect the 3 plugs from
the unit into the host machine, set up a couple of parameters in the
software and the Transfer Station is ready to use.

The
Servo Spinners are used for various types of wire bending and forming
operations. The spinner unit is attached directly to the forming
slide and is fully programmable from the host computer. You can also
control the spinner unit with the remote controller. The unit uses a
fixed centre mandrel, allowing the bending head to rotate around the
mandrel. A range of four pin mandrels are supplied as
standard.
The addition of servo spinners to
your FX Series machine will transform it into a very flexible
machine. The HX Series machine has 2 Servo Spinners as standard.
