CTF Series

The CTF Series is our range conveyor ovens. There are six different models in this series, the CTF - 175, 210, 310, 315, 320 and 428. They are capable of heat treating between 7.5kg and 145kg of springs per hour at temperatures up to 500ºC.

The CTF Series are built with two layers of ceramic fibre insulation. The heating elements are fitted both above and below the conveyor belt, biased towards the inlet for even heat distribution, making the CTF Series very efficient to run.

The conveyor belt is made from a fine stainless steel wire mesh, which prevents springs from getting caught in the belt. The belt is formed into a U shape to prevent it from warping and to stop springs getting caught up, inside the oven. The conveyor has an adjustable speed control, allowing it to run at between 25 and 1000 mm per minute.

Optional Extras*
The CTF Series can also be configured with the following optional extras:

Digital speed readout, to show the exact tempering duration.
Temperature recorders, to record and print temperature changes.
