The CNC BW - 100 is a new wire forming
machine, with a wire forming concept that sets it apart from the
competition. The bending head mechanism is based around a tool
magazine design with 6 different bending tools that are rotated to the
forming position as and when needed. Each bending tool can be
automatically positioned to enable bending from the left or right hand
side of the wire line.
This design gives the operator a lot of
flexibility, allowing even the most complex wire formed parts to become much
easier to produce.
